1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through the Clair de L’eau webshop.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

2.1 Clair de L’eau sells physical products via its webshop.
2.2 We aim to provide accurate and complete product information at all times.
2.3 All products are subject to availability.

3. Formation of the Agreement

3.1 The agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
3.2 Clair de L’eau reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where justified, for example due to incorrect information or payment issues.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Payment must be made in advance using one of the following methods:

• iDEAL

• Credit Card

• PayPal
  4.3 Orders are processed only after successful payment.

5. Delivery

5.1 Clair de L’eau will handle orders with due care.
5.2 Estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days.
5.3 Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
5.4 Delivery times are indicative and not legally binding.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
6.2 Return conditions:

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

• Products should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  6.3 Once the returned items have been received and inspected, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days to the same payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Responsibility

7.1 Clair de L’eau shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper or incorrect use of its products.
7.2 Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All intellectual property rights relating to the webshop, including texts, images, and logos, are the property of Clair de L’eau.
8.2 Use without prior written consent is not permitted.

9. Privacy

9.1 Personal data is processed with care and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
9.2 Data is used solely for order processing, customer service, and communication.

10. Complaints

10.1 Complaints or inquiries may be submitted via info@clairdeleau.com
10.2 We aim to respond within 5 business days.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law
